As a physical therapist for 40 years, I did a lot of heavy lifting with Rehab patients, and had my share of back injuries. As a result, I have osteoarthritis at every level of my spine and a few damage discs to boot.
What does this all add up to??? PAIN on a regular basis.
When I started VEMMA six months ago because of breathing problems from asthma, I started noticing that I was having less pain after the first few weeks using VEMMA. I didn't think much of it, but as I look back now, there has been a progressive reduction in pain throughout my spine.
The other night I realized that the only pain I have now is very slight over the left sacro-iliac joint if I'm lying on my left side. If I change position, it goes away. I no longer have to drag myself out of bed and take an anti-inflammatory, pain killer. Boy is that great. Hopefully in another month, I won't even have that. We'll see.....Judy, Tucson, AZ

Update: I've been on Vemma 15 months now, and I no longer have any pain in my back when I'm lying on either side. I can't remember the last time I took any anti-inflammatory medication for pain. 35 years of back pain...GONE! Judy, Tucson, AZ _____________________________________________________________________
I started Vemma a year ago because of leg cramps. I was talking five different medications to try to relieve them without much success. Within three days of starting Vemma, they went away, and I was able to stop all the medications. The cramps have never returned.
Meanwhile, I noticed that the pain in my right knee was getting better. I was supposed to schedule a date for a total knee replacement, but the pain continues to get better, so I have been hesitant to go through the surgery.
When my wife saw how much better my knees were doing after three months, she decided to try Vemma.
She had been troubled with severe arthritic pain in her hands and back for five years. She had large nodules on her fingers which were progressing and her back pain limited her tolerance to standing and walking for any period of time.
After a month on Vemma, she noticed that the pain and swelling in her hands was much less. The back pain was reducing also, and she could tolerate some increased activity.
Now, nine months later, she has minimal discomfort in her hands, and I never hear her complain about her back. I almost forgot that she had ever even had pain in her back. Thank you, Vemma...Marvin and Mary, Oracle, AZ

I've been on Vemma for about 4 months now. I started taking it because of pain in my knees. I liked to walk with my friends, but I always lagged behind because of the pain. After about a month, I realized that I wasn't having as much pain. After two months, I was keeping up with my friends. Now they are telling me to slow down because they can't keep up with me. How 'bout that?...Sue, Tucson, AZ
